The Conservative Party is changing under @KemiBadenoch's leadership.
Young people are integral to the Conservative Party, with a rich history of supporting our aims and promises. Now known as the Young Conservatives, the official youth section of the Conservative Party has been representing the interests of young people for over 100 years.
All Party members aged 25 and under are automatically members of the Young Conservatives. They are organised into groups geographically as part of their local associations. We share the same policies and values of the national Party.
We run a range of events and activities, from policy discussions to meetings with MPs, and curry nights to canvassing, so there is room for everyone to get involved.
We also encourage our Young Conservative members to take up the many opportunities we offer to join us in our campaigning activities; from canvassing and delivering literature, to standing as Conservative candidates in local elections.
We regularly hold events for members and their guests - for details please visit our events page to view the upcoming events.
The first ever group dates back to 1906 when we were known as The Junior Imperial and Constitutional League. The objectives remain the same today as they were then: to encourage political work and involvement among the next generation. Junior Associations were set up in each constituency and throughout the UK, co-operating closely with Conservative & Unionist Associations with a shared ambition to create unity.
We share the same policies and values of the national Party.
